WARRANTY POLICY

1. Warranty period:
- 24 months for the main unit of Furuno's equipment.
- 12 months for the accessories separately supplied or included the equipment.
Note: Warranty period is upon delivery date.

3. The equipment will be warranty when:

The equipment will be warranty free of charge for BOTH SPARE PARTS AND SERVICE when meeting all the following requirements:
- Damaged by the fault of the manufacturer or the installation of Haidang when we installed directly.
- Under warranty and having warranty card issued by Haidang
- Equipment and its parts still have the integrity and clear Haidang's warranty stickers
- Serial label must be intact and easy to read.

4. Service will be charged for the following cases:

Service and materials to be used will be charged for the following cases:
- Problem is not caused by the fault of the manufacturer or by Haidang.
- Problem occurred by users or not good preservation.
- Damage caused by natural disasters or third party
- The parts easily damaged during installation or using: Out-put power unit of radios, power supply unit of all equipment, transducers of fish finder, battery of handheld radios…

5. Haidang's responsibility for the equipment to be warranted.

- Free of charge for the service and used materials
- Priority in repair at the soonest time
Haidang will not bear the responsibility for the lost caused by the problem of equipment.

6. Hand-over and warranty responsibility:
Customers should note carefully and bring the warranty card with you when you need our service.
When the equipment gets problem, please bring it to Haidang head office or Haidang branches or the place where the equipment is sold or the nearest dealer of Haidang.
Base on the condition no. 3 said above and the problem status, Haidang technicians will determine the warranty responsibility.

7. Other regulations:

Warranty period, location of warranty and other issues may be different from the said above regulations if there is any agreement signed by contract or warranty card for each specific case.
